This website is maintained by Chatham Village Historical Society (CVHS), a not-for-profit organization based in Chatham, New York.

CVHS hosts periodic events on the grounds of the Blinn-Pulver Farmhouse, 195 Hudson Avenue, Chatham NY 12037.


Customer Service

All donations, and proceeds from items sold on this website and at public events go towards the care and maintenance of the Blinn-Pulver Farmhouse and grounds, and the collection of historical artifacts, documents, and buildings housed on the property.

Items made available for sale on this website at https://chathamNYhistory.org/shop are fulfilled via Printify in their entirety.

Returns: because all items are created to order, CVHS does not personally offer refunds or returns/exchanges. If an item is received damaged or the print arrives flawed, please email [email protected] with your name, address, order number, and an image of the damaged/flawed item – we can submit a claim to Printify within 30 days of item receipt for a refund on your behalf.


Privacy

CVHS will not sell or otherwise share your personal information without permission. Our guidelines are as follow.

Transactions: your information as submitted to complete a purchase on this website is private, and is documented only within the systems necessary to complete your order.

Donations: personal information as related to donations may be shared within CVHS for purposes of bookkeeping and sending acknowledgements of receipt on behalf of the organization. Your personal information will never be shared outside of official business.

Inquiries: questions, comments, feedback, and information shared with CVHS via email, social media, or other means of digital communication may be logged for future reference or shared within the organization (ie: directing questions to a specific member). Your information and submissions will not be shared publicly without permission.

Social media: CVHS utilizes Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest as means of sharing historical information, in addition to this website. All CVHS social media profiles are public, as is anything community members share on those platforms. CVHS is not responsible for the accuracy or spread of information freely shared by community members on social media accounts.
